How to work with Batch Process

To work with Batch Process

- Batch processing is a convenient way to automatically convert a group of graphic files.

- It converts a selection of files to another format, converts a selection of files to the same format with different optimization settings, finds and replaces text, colors, URLs, or fonts.

- Choose File > Batch Process.

- Choose the files to process:



- Current Open Files batch processes all open documents.

- Project Panel (All Files) batch processes all files listed in the Project Log panel.

- Project Panel (Selected Files) batch processes the files currently selected in the Project Log panel.

- Custom displays the Open Multiple dialog box and allows you to select files to batch process.

- Choose Actions to perform in the batch process.

- ‘Find and Replace’ finds and replaces text, URLs, colors, or fonts in the batch- processed files.

- ‘Export’ changes export settings, naming conventions, and scaling options applied to the batched files.

- Choose ‘Backup Files’ options for the original files.

- Then click OK to run the batch process.
