To work with Border

- Border allows you to create special graphics effects, such as feathering the edges of a pixel selection.

- Use a marquee to create a rectangle marquee:



– Then choose edit>modify marquee>border

- Enter a pixel value:

- Then this will show the result:

- Now you can fill in the color by using Paint Bucket.
