To work with Smooth

- You can eliminate the excessive pixels along the edges of selected pixels. This is useful if excessive pixels appear along the border of a pixel selection, or marquee, after using the Magic Wand tool.

- Below is an image with selection by using Magic Wand:

- Choose Edit > Modify Marquee > Smooth.

- Enter a value in the Smooth Selection dialog box:
